Perhaps the most common of all Dianabol side effects for men are those that are estrogenic in nature. Extreme behaviors like rage, paranoia, and aggression that can lead to harmful physical behaviors have been said to be caused by steroids in general. The abuse of steroids has been reliably linked to extreme mood swings and drastic changes in emotional states and behavior. Some studies suggest that steroids can cause significant hair loss. This is because the drug, as well as being anabolic, is also androgenic which means that it can trigger your sebaceous cells to produce more oil than normal. One of the reasons for this is because they increase the level of low-density lipoprotein in the body.

SERMs are capable of restoring testosterone levels post-steroids, with tamoxifen and clomiphene being the most effective options in our experience.
Secondly, Dianabol can raise blood pressure due to an increase in water retention. When testosterone increases, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels also increase. Other steroids, such as trenbolone or Anavar, are superior in this regard because they don’t cause extracellular water retention.
The half-life of Dianabol is roughly 3-6 hours; thus, using the highest value (being 6), we can calculate that all of the methandrostenolone will have left the body after 33 hours. We start these medications as soon as Dianabol has fully left the body. Thus, when you take them with food containing any dietary fat, they may dissolve, decreasing absorption via the gastrointestinal tract. Research has shown that taking Dianabol (or any oral steroid) with food makes it less bioavailable. Women can experience significant muscle growth on just 2.5–5 mg of Dianabol per day. DHT is a significantly more powerful androgen than testosterone, with it binding 3-5x more effectively to androgen receptors. DHT is responsible for the development of body hair, prostate, penis size (during puberty), and libido.
In contrast, users who inject 30 mg of Dianabol will experience the full dose. Thus, although a significant amount of the steroid will be active due to C17-alpha alkylation, if you’re taking 30 mg of Dianabol, the true dose may only be 26 mg. Another benefit of injectable Dianabol is that when taken orally, the liver will break down some of the compound, making it less bioavailable. Injectable Dianabol is considerably less hepatotoxic in our testing, as liver enzymes won’t rise as much; thus, the risk of liver damage is significantly decreased. Dianabol (methandrostenolone) is typically an oral steroid; however, injections are sometimes used, although less commonly seen on the black market. Clomiphene, also known as Clomid, doesn’t negatively affect cholesterol levels (31).
However, the downside to Dianabol being resistant to such hepatic breakdown is increased hepatotoxicity. Without this C17-aa element, users wouldn’t be able to experience optimal results from Dianabol. This structural change enables Dianabol to survive liver metabolism. Being an oral steroid, Dianabol will cause C17-alpha alkylation, which is a modification to the 17th carbon position. However, anti-estrogens are generally considered a mild treatment for gynecomastia. Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) appears to be the most effective drug, according to research (12) and our experience.
